Arabella Apartments offers thoughtfully designed two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus den apartment homes in Independence, MO. Each layout is crafted to provide a more residential feel, with open living areas, private entries, and attached garages. You can schedule an in-person tour by submitting a request through our website, using the Schedule a Tour page, or calling our leasing office directly. Our team will coordinate a time for you to view the model home and available residences.
Once you’ve selected your preferred home, you can apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” button next to the floor plan you want. The process includes submitting an application fee, holding deposit, and required documentation. Applications are reviewed based on income, credit, rental history, and background screening.
Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days after all required documents have been received.
Arabella Apartments offers lease terms ranging from 12 to 24 months, depending on availability. Please contact the leasing office for current lease options.
Yes. You can join the waitlist by submitting an application along with a $75 application fee per person and a $250 reservation deposit. Our team will notify you when a home matching your preferences becomes available.
Pricing & Fees

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash, and optional services such as internet and cable.
Security deposits vary based on screening results and typically range from $250 to one month’s rent. Please contact our leasing office for more information.
A $75 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant. A $250 holding fee will also be collected and applied toward your move-in fees upon approval. If your application is not approved, the holding fee will be refunded.
Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents, with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. Please contact our leasing team for additional details.

Yes! Arabella Apartments is a pet-friendly community in Independence, MO, welcoming both cats and dogs.
Up to 2 pets are allowed per apartment home. A $300 non-refundable pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent per pet apply.
